What should my child bring the first day of school?
- A backpack or bag to take any papers or projects home in.
- A large T shirt or apron for painting or messy activities with your child's name on the tag that will be kept at school.
Optional:
A change of clothing to keep at the preschool
I understand that bathroom accidents happen occasionally, especially when children are in a new and distracting environment. If you would like to send a change of clothing in a bag with your child's name on them I will keep them in the classroom in case of an accident and then return them at the end of the year. Your child does not need to be completely potty trained to attend.
How will you communicate with the parents?
If there are any questions or concerns you can contact me on my cell phone or email at any time. I will send home a newsletter each month with a calender that will show what letters, themes and skills we will be focusing on. There will also be a private class blog that will be updated weekly with pictures and information about what we are learning.
